Crypto exchange request workflow.
Submit an asset pair, review quote terms, confirm wallet and network details, then proceed only after compliance and settlement checks are complete.
How an exchange request works.
Route selection
Customer selects a supported pair, amount range, settlement network, and wallet destination.
Quote and fee disclosure
The support desk confirms route availability, estimated timing, fee basis, and network requirements.
Wallet and eligibility checks
Address format, memo/tag fields, sanctions screening, and source-of-funds review may apply.
Final confirmation
Customer reviews the final terms before proceeding. A quote is final only once confirmed in the workflow.

Availability is not guaranteed for every route or jurisdiction. Some requests may require enhanced review or may be declined.
